Which areas do you cover?
We cover the Johannesburg & Pretoria areas as well as the greater Gauteng region. Provided that your area has sufficient Vodacom 4G coverage. You may check Vodacom 4G coverage here. We also recommend doing a speed test to measure both upload and download speeds at the exact site of the venue. You can run a speed test using Google Speed Test
What internet speeds do you require?
We require internet speeds with a minimum of 10mbps or better upload speed.
What network provider do you use?
We use Vodacom. Preferably 4G, however 3G with an upload speed of 10mbps is sufficient.
Which platforms do you stream to?
We usually stream to YouTube and Facebook. Custom platforms can be arranged as well.
What resolutions do you stream in?
Depending on the coverage speed in your area, we stream at 1080p for 4G, LTE and Fiber and 720p for 3G.
What do I need to do in order to book my live video streaming?
All you have to do is complete your quote online and send it back to us. We require a deposit payment of R1,000 with the balance payable either 2 days before your function via EFT or cash on arrival.
What packages do you offer?
You may view our live video streaming packages here. We offer either a 1 camera or 2 camera options.
Do we get to keep a copy of the live stream after the day?
Yes. We send you a copy for you to keep.
Can our guests view the live stream afterwards?
Yes. Your guests are welcome to view the live stream for a period of 2 years after the day. They are also able to download the live stream using the share link. A download button will be added afterwards.
Can I take down the live stream afterwards?
Yes. Just let us know and we can take it down.
Can you stream outdoors?
Yes. Provided that it does not rain. Should the rain come down, we would have to move indoors.
Do you offer videography services?
Yes we do. We offer professional videography for all functions types. You may view our videography packages here.
What is the best time to book my live streaming package?
Usually once you book your venue. This is usually a good time.
What happens if there is load shedding or a power outage?
The live stream would immediately cut off as our equipment is electrical. We would recommend arranging a backup generator with your venue, this can help us restore the live stream again.
How do we share the live stream?
You will get a custom share link that you can give to your guests beforehand.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept EFT or cash by arrangement.
Who can view my live stream?
Only the guests you share your video link with.
How many guests can watch the live stream?
Unlimited.
Can international guests view the live stream?
Absolutely. Anyone in the world can view, as long as you share the link with them.
What happens if I cancel my function?
Should you decide to cancel your function, you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit payment.
Do you offer videography services?
Yes we do. We are part of the Cinetic team and we offer videography for all types of events and functions including weddings, corporate events, private parties and more.
